Win tickets to a giant screening of Mamma Mia! The Movie at the O2 in London If you have been on another planet, or have been living as a hermit on a remote island, then that is the only reason you will have not heard of the biggest film sensation of 2008 – Mamma Mia! – The Movie, and now it’s back in 2009 for a two disc special edition just in time for Christmas. To celebrate we have teamed up with Universal and the 02 to give three lucky readers the chance to win tickets to a giant screening of Mamma Mia! The Movie on a 100ft screen at the 02 in London. This musical, feel good love story sees Sophie Sheridan (Amanda Seyfried) about to marry the man of her dreams, Sky (Dominic Cooper, History Boys) on the idyllic Greek island on which she lives with her mother Donna (Meryl Streep, Devil Wears Prada), but there is one thing missing. Sophie has never known her father and she is determined to have him there to give her away. Finding to her amazement that there are three potential fathers in the mix, Sophie does what any sensible Super Trouper would do – invite them all to her wedding! As the wedding party arrive on the island, a magical and chaotic 24 hours ensue as new love blooms and old romances are rekindled as Sophie attempts to discover who her father is and also make friendships that will last a lifetime… Mamma Mia! – The Movie is inspired by the story telling magic of some of ABBA’s biggest hits and is a celebration of mothers and daughters, old friends and new family found. Make sure you send out an S.O.S this Christmas and fulfil your Dancing Queen potential. The O2 arena will host the biggest screening ever of the hit film. A giant 100 ft screen will be erected so an audience of 12,000 can see their favourite movie in all its glory. The audience will be encouraged to dress up in their Mamma Mia! gear and also sing a long to a song or two. Mamma Mia! – The Movie will be shown at the O2 Arena on 24 January 2010. 2 Responses patrick gillespie December 6th, 2009 would love to win these tickets!
