Video tutorial: how to do the perfect cat eyeliner
The easiest way of adding a bit of vintage glam to your every-day look is by wearing black eyeliner. This might seem a little tricky at first but fear not, we’ve found this excellent video tutorial giving you step-by-step instructions for drawing on your eyeliner perfectly.
If you are after a Thirties, Forties and Fifties look then follow these fabulous instructions on how to create the perfect eyeliner flick, but do leave your lower eyeline bare. For a Sixties look do apply eyeliner around your whole eye for that authentic period look.
