New vintage event: ‘Scandalous High Socie-tea’
“But what’s so scandalous about all that?” you might cry. “It a ll sounds rather civilised to me!”
Well, a rather large dose of tittilation comes in the form of four divine dancing girls – Sophia St Villier, Miss Dolly Rose, Elle Amour, and the hostess extraordinaire herself, Emerald Fontaine – who will all be performing burlesque numbers for your delectation.
If any of that tickles your fancy, pop over to the Box Office and order your tickets now for £15 each.
Dress Code: sun frocks and sun hats, blazers, straw boaters and linen suits, cricket whites, Land Girls and farmers, Thirties beach pyjamas, tea dresses, playsuits, tennis whites, tweed and plus-fours.
Anything goes, as long as it’s not jeans and a T-shirt!
Venue: The Fox, 28 Paul St, London, EC2A 4LB
Date: Saturday, 5 September, 19.00 to 01.00
