Make do and mend a vintage scarf into a cushion cover
Et voila! Once you’ve mastered the technique, try grouping several headscarf cushions together for a patchwork look, or you could experiment with different sized Oxford trims, frills, and mix and match your backing fabrics.
Just make sure you leave a few scarves left in the charity shops for anyone else who wants to brighten up their soft furnishings.
